Event production · London

Hi, I'm Maddie.

I build the thing, run the room and look after the people in it. This is the site plan: pick a spot.

What I do

Make it, run it, look after it.

Events need building, running and hosting. My background covers all three; these are the examples I'd point to.

Make it

Props, sets and effects, to a deadline

Trained at London College of Fashion, then four years of technical weeks where the set has to be ready before the first dress rehearsal.

  • Prima Facie: built a legal archive room for Jodie Comer's West End debut.
  • Ministry of Sound: sculpted and fitted commissioned heads on site.
  • Wesele II: headed hair and make-up for scenes with 200+ extras.

Run it

On site, from load-in to last guest

Delivery, install, hosting and quality checks for live events, plus the warehouse days that make the event day go smoothly.

  • Clownfish Events: deliver, install and host games and hired goods on site.
  • Tnoa: branded set-up, guest check-in and smooth running of a one-day event.
  • Rampage: event promotion on the ground in London and Belgium.

Look after it

Clients, executives and front of house

Two years as PA to C-suite executives: calendars, client lunches, pitch days and the office itself, with the client experience always the point.

  • Goodstuff: transformed the office for client pitches; ran client lunches and events.
  • AKA: international travel, client liaison and expenses for the heads of the company.
  • Front of house: the first person clients met, every day.
